A production designer's job is very important, it is the role of being the director's right hand man and visualise what the director sees and put it into action. The production designer gets the budget and script during the pre-production and sorts out what physical elements are available and affordable.
For example, in certain films involving cars, they'll look for cheap cars to blow up rather than expensive ones

other members

production designer co-ordinate with?
During the production, the production designer has many other departments to co-ordinate with such as the leadman who runs the crew, the set dressers who design the sets, buyers, co-ordinators and others.
3. What issues can
occur for a production designer?
There are many issues that can occur for production designers such as timing because of limited opportunity, interior design can often change a lot especially during pre-production and the beginning of production, scheduling can cause major problems as certain elements may not be where they need to be and waste crucial time and script changes is massive as it changes the whole mindset and how the production designer visualises his job.

experience and training are beneficial for a production designer to have?
There is a lot of things that beneficial for being a production designer such as being able to multi-task to quicken up work, social skills is huge as it can impact the whole set as members of the set, any experience is vital and important to have to become a production designer, studying art history or interior design can help improve sets and take it to the next level, production courses and internships are very helpful to understanding and learning how to become a production designer

Quite thorough answers, well laid out. As an improvement, I might ask you to place that job role in a specific context - perhaps in a specific movie or TV show. For example for each question you could add 'In Captain America, the production designer would be responsible for...' - just put it in a specific context as this is what the examiner will expect in January. You could also explain exactly why the skills and responsibilities are important for each role.
